have you ever attempted pumpkin and orange flavors collectively? If no longer, then i'm here to tell you which you are significantly lacking out! i discovered this combination for the first time, while making this Pumpkin Layer Cake. Pumpkin Orange Bread Pudding with Cream Cheese Glaze
Ingredients
!for the bread pudding:

  • 6 cups cubed bread (I used Italian loaf)
  • 1 15 oz can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin filling)
  • 2 large eggs
  • zest of whole orange
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

!for the glaze:

  • 4 oz cream cheese , softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp whole milk or half and half

Instructions

  1. Butter a 2 quart baking dish. Set apart.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 stages F.

  3. upload vanilla and complete milk, one tablespoon at a time, until your reach a thick but drizzling consistency.
  4. Drizzle the glaze over the nice and cozy bread pudding simply before serving.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered box for up to at least one day.
