Be warned these are completely addictive! It’s incredible just how delicious these little squares are considering the simple ingredients. Just oats blitzed to a flour, blended with gooey sweet dates then topped with chocolate with a tahini swirl.
I used beautiful sweet and runny tahini which works perfectly. If you have more solid tahini you can add a little melted coconut oil or maple syrup if you’d like it a bit sweeter.
The sea salt flakes take these squares to the next level – sweet and slightly salty.
You need to store them in the fridge otherwise the topping will melt a bit, plus I love them cold and crispy.
Enjoy! Love, Niki xxx
