Glazed Cranberry Sweet Bread – buttermilk candy bread studded with fresh and juicy cranberries, completed up with a candy cream glaze. My favourite sweet bread for the holidays!
This beyond weekend we got our first snow fall of this season. Guess who was the most excited? Yep, our children. I become maintaining on tight to my mug, filled with steaming warm lemon tea. I found out that wintry weather is upon us and there is no escaping the cold weather. Honestly, I am no longer sure in which did the time go. I become simply playing the warm fall days and all of a surprising, there are 30’s within the forecast for this entire week. I’ve been so busy (lots happening right here, behind the curtain) and BAM! We are inside the center of November.
Considering all of it, I proceeded to bake this bread.
Because sweet breads are considered one of my favourite things to bake on cold days and also there are cranberries concerned. If you have been studying CCS for some time, you already know that I LOVE cranberries. I can by no means simply purchase one bag. I continually stock up. My Fresh Cranberry Muffins and this smooth Cranberry Bread are a circle of relatives favorites.
Cranberry bread is constantly so festive. It practically just screams vacations! It’s scrumptious to snack on along a steaming hot latte or tea or excellent to make and gift to friends and family. It’s smooth and moist. It’s finished up with a sweet cream glaze. I love baking with fresh cranberries and the tartness they upload to breads, cakes, muffins. The sweet cream glaze pairs with them perfectly, balancing the flavors of candy and tarty.
This is simply considered one of many cranberry recipes that I may be sharing on CCS this season. There may be healthy and greater indulgent recipes however they all brilliant and of direction, without a doubt scrumptious!
