I was asked to create and picture a recipe for Le Creuset. It became a true honor to be one of the first to have a product from the ultra-modern coloration line and to prepare dinner with it. I already use my skillet almost everyday. I knew this French oven will fast end up my new preferred.

I love this oven. It’s ability is 2qt which makes it ideal for baking a loaf of bread or for creating a small batch of soup or chili, or sauces and dips. They are great when you have a small kitchen or in case you prepare dinner for one or humans.
And as it’s St.Patrick’s Day, we are celebrating with the brand new shade, Palm and the Irish Soda Bread.
