These super tasty mushroom tofu burgers are absolutely delicious! With such a fantastic texture, they are even better when served in a bun with caramelised onions and all the toppings!
And of course you need to serve with some fries – some lovely root veg ones here; potatoes, sweet potato and parsnip for extra taste.
This is the perfect meal to make for Fathers Day or eating alfresco this summer.
