Fancy some mince pie brownies? I certainly do.. they are gooey, moist, fruity and richly chocolatey and totally addictive (be warned)…
These lovely and super festive brownies are so good you’d never believe it that they are vegan and grain free.
You can use homemade or shop bought vegan mincemeat – whichever you prefer. If you make my homemade mincemeat I have a lovely mince pie recipe you can make.
I love to make these as festive gifts and they are really good with a dollop of ice cream!
