Fixings 

2 salmon filets skin on (around 1 lb.) 

Salt and pepper to season 

1 tbsp. olive oil 

1 tbsp. margarine 

3 cloves garlic finely diced 

4 oz. simmered red peppers diced 

4 glasses crisp infant spinach 

1/2 glass Half and Half or substantial cream 

1/4 glass ground Parmesan cheddar 

1/4 tsp. red pepper drops or to taste 

1/4 glass cleaved parsley 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Guidelines 

Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper. 

Warmth the oil in a medium non-stick skillet over medium warmth. Cook the salmon filets substance side down first, for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your preferring. When cooked, expel them from the container and put aside. 

To a similar container, include spread and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, include the broiled peppers, and cook for 2 additional minutes. 

Include the spinach and enable it to shrivel. 

Lessen the warmth to low, and include Half and Half, Parmesan, red pepper chips, salt, and pepper. Blend and convey to a stew. 

Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each filet. 

Serve over pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables.
