Peanut Butter Banana Blender Bread Recipe
Ingredients
for the swirl:

  • 3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

for the bread:

  • 2 cups old style oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 medium bananas (the greater ripe the sweeter the muffins)
  • 2 huge egg
  • half of cup Greek yogurt OR sour cream
  • 6 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon and 1/four baking powder
  • half of teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9” x 5” loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 stages F.
  3. In a small bowl, blend brown sugar with cinnamon. Set apart.
  4. Place all substances in a blender. Blend for 20 seconds, till the elements begin to come collectively.
