Let me simply say, the aroma of this bread is out of this world! You can odor it whilst it’s within the oven and I guarantee you that it is going to be hard to await it to quiet down. ( By the way, don’t you just hate whilst some thing like this bread smell so delicious and you need to look forward to it to calm down? ).


I used a butter rum flavoring oil in making this bread. You can actually use vanilla extract, however after making the eggnog cakes, the idea of the usage of the same flavoring became impossible to resist to me.
This is a very smooth recipe, as you'll see. No unique techniques or gadget needed. Not even a mixer!
Pair it together with your morning espresso or afternoon tea and you may be filled with coziness and comfort.

Cranberry Banana Bread
Ingredients

  • 3 overripe bananas mashed
  • 1/three c butter melted
  • 3/four c packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg overwhelmed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp drops butter rum flavoring or 1 rum extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • half tsp ground nutmeg
  • cloves pinch of floor
  • 1 half c all-motive flour
  • 1 cup cranberries reduce the bigger ones in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 stages.
  2. Grease the loaf pan. In a huge mixing bowl, the use of a wood spatula, add and combine the elements as listed above.
  3. Pour the batter into organized pan and bake 1 hour or until the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out easy.
  4. Cool completely and invert onto a cutting board.
