As you could see, we are not carried out with blueberries. I had some other container of those powerful berries and a short bread got here to mind.We cherished this Cranberry Bread and I just needed to make a blueberry model. And it was simply as delicious!!
This bread is fluffy at the inside, filled with blueberries and has a slightly crunchy pinnacle. Cut it into thick slices and experience blueberries in each bite!
My kids cherished this bread! No marvel. Who wouldn’t love a scrumptious bread you may experience proper about consuming and revel in it too!
Blueberry Quick Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c all-reason flour
- 1 and half tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 oz.Sparkling or frozen blueberries
- three/4 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c vegetable or canola oil
- 1 huge egg slightly crushed
- 1 c granulated sugar
Instructions
- Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with aluminum foil. Butter the bottom and sides of the foil. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375 tiers F.
- In a massive blending bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add blueberries and stir to distribute.
- In every other mixing bowl, whisk collectively egg, buttermilk, vanilla, oil and sugar.
- With a rubber spatula, fold in moist substances to dry components. Do not overmix. Few flour lumps are okay.
- Pour batter into organized pan.
- Bake bread for 33 to 38 mins, or till the top is golden brown and the toothpick inserted in few places within the center of the cake comes out easy.
- Cool completely in the pan.
- Slice and serve.
