As you could see, we are not carried out with blueberries. I had some other container of those powerful berries and a short bread got here to mind.


We cherished this Cranberry Bread and I just needed to make a blueberry model. And it was simply as delicious!!

This bread is fluffy at the inside, filled with blueberries and has a slightly crunchy pinnacle. Cut it into thick slices and experience blueberries in each bite!

My kids cherished this bread! No marvel. Who wouldn’t love a scrumptious bread you may experience proper about consuming and revel in it too!

Blueberry Quick Bread Recipe
Ingredients

  • 2 c all-reason flour
  • 1 and half tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 oz.Sparkling or frozen blueberries
  • three/4 c buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 huge egg slightly crushed
  • 1 c granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a 9" x 5" loaf pan with aluminum foil. Butter the bottom and sides of the foil. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375 tiers F.
  3. In a massive blending bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  4. Add blueberries and stir to distribute.
  5. In every other mixing bowl, whisk collectively egg, buttermilk, vanilla, oil and sugar.
  6. With a rubber spatula, fold in moist substances to dry components. Do not overmix. Few flour lumps are okay.
  7. Pour batter into organized pan.
  8. Bake bread for 33 to 38 mins, or till the top is golden brown and the toothpick inserted in few places within the center of the cake comes out easy.
  9. Cool completely in the pan.
  10. Slice and serve.
