Pesto Chicken Tortellini SkilletIngredients
- 2 1/2 cups frozen cheese tortellini
- 14 oz pkg frozen broccoli flowerets
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Parmesan cheese
Cooking Directions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding frozen broccoli along with it.
- Meanwhile, saute chicken in deep skillet until almost cooked. Add garlic and continue cooking until chicken is done and browned on the edges.
- Stir in pesto, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cooked tortellini and broccoli. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
